Our family had a such great stay for the holidays at this warm apartment really close to Iulius Mall, which gives access to a lot of clothing stores, restaurants and supermarkets, and the historical center. Rooms were modern and warm, with 1 king-size bed and 1 sofa bed. Windows were facing garden. It was great and magnificent close to downtown;))

I stayed at House Apartment Minerilor for a few nights during my visit to Cluj. The apartment had everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, two bathrooms, and a well-equipped kitchen. The courtyard with barbecue facilities was a wonderful place to enjoy meals and relax. The secure parking area was a great bonus. The hosts were very kind and helpful, even welcoming us late at night. The location was convenient, close to the city center but in a quiet and green area.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

While my Christmas stay was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. I noticed that there was a lack of wine glasses and kitchen knives, which would have been nice to have.

The location of the apartment is ideal, as it is just a short walk away from the old town, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. there is a bus station conveniently located just one minute away. Guests can enjoy the comfort of having two toilets in the apartment, as well as the cleanliness and silence of the surroundings at night. the staff is also described as kind and helpful.

There were a few issues with the bathroom, as there was a bad smell which could have originated from the sink. the temperature of the water in the shower could not be properly adjusted, causing discomfort for a young child.

The location was convenient, with supermarkets nearby and the historical center just a short distance away. I must commend the manager, Meda, for her exceptional service. She was attentive, professional, and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. I made a mistake by leaving the window open, and rain entered the apartment, causing some damage. However, the owner was understanding and forgiving. One small drawback was the fluctuating water temperature in the shower, especially since I was traveling with my young daughter. Despite this, the staff was kind and helpful throughout my stay. I highly recommend this apartment for its outstanding features and excellent location.

We only had one night, but it exceeded our expectations. the apartment was extremely clean and had all the necessary amenities to make us feel comfortable. the host even left us a lovely welcome package with coffee, tea, and candies. the photos don't do justice to how beautiful the apartment is, and we especially loved the fact that it was spacious and had bathrooms on both floors. the location is perfect, with easy access to the city center and the nearby Iulius Mall, where we found plenty of stores, restaurants, and supermarkets. This is definitely one of the best places to stay in town. Highly recommended!
